G. Wayne Webster, 54, of
Princess Anne died Saturday, May 12, 2007, at Peninsula Regional
Medical Center in Salisbury.
Born in Crisfield March
22, 1953, he was a son of Mae Layfield Webster Godfrey and the late
Gerald Naudaine Webster and stepson of George Godfrey.
Wayne was a high-voltage
electrician employed at Wallops Island.He was a member of the Sons
of the American Legion, Monie Creek Gunning Club, Salisbury Moose
Lodge 654 and Tony Tank Tribe of the Redmen. Wayne had a
passion for life and loved hunting and fishing. He loved to
ride his Harley and spend time in his shed and with his family.
Besides his mother and
stepfather, he is survived by his wife, Donna W. Webster of Princess
Anne; three children, Vicky Whitehead and husband, Darron of
Salisbury, Heather Green Horner and husband, Philip Horner Jr., also
of Salisbury and Tony Wayne Webster and wife, Leesa of Princess
Anne; grandchildren, Alex, Austin, India, Ayden, Tony, Abigale,
Jordy, Darrien and Jaeden; a brother and his wife, Jimmy and Colleen
Webster of Princess Anne; two sisters, Lori Webster Price of
Princess Anne and Marg Tarleton and her husband Tooter, also of
Princess Anne; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death
were a brother, Larry Webster; a sister, Teena Webster; and a
brother-in-law, A. Jaye Price.
Wayne Webster was a long
time Grand Master Tom Lewis and Master Harvey Hastings.
Sensei Webster joined Master Lewis' Salisbury, MD. dojo in the early
1970s.
